Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@premieroil.ie and provide your order details.

  • Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the product(s) after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or returned products in accordance with the following conditions:

    • Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Returned Products: If you wish to return a product after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable fees (e.g., restocking fee, return shipping costs).
