Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@premieroil.ie and provide your order details.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the product(s) after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or returned products in accordance with the following conditions:
Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Returned Products: If you wish to return a product after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable fees (e.g., restocking fee, return shipping costs).
